FAQs

  • We open for the season on Saturday 29 November, 9am–5pm. Open daily through December, 9am–5pm.

  • Yes – we’re offering delivery this season for $30, available within the Christchurch city region only. If you’d rather collect your tree, we’ll gladly help load it into your car or trailer so you can take it straight home.

  • Yes, we accept EFTPOS payments.

  • Once a tree is chosen and cut, it is yours. We do not accept returns, so please pick carefully.

  • Tree reservations available on-site from Saturday 29 November. Open daily 9am–5pm through December

  • With the right care, your tree can stay fresh for 3–4 weeks. Place it in water straight away and top up daily — learn how to look after your tree

  • Bring a vehicle big enough for your chosen tree. A trailer, roof racks, or ropes/ties are recommended if you plan to secure the tree on top of your car.
